2. Join
People use a private QR code or link, then Sign in with Apple and choose a display name.
3. Take part
Each member can confirm each activity once. One self-attested contribution adds one equal-size tile. No proof or ranking.
4. Reveal
At the fixed time, the artwork completes and joined members receive separate Artwork, Kindness, and Photos destinations.
A separate disposable roll
Photos preserve the day. They never prove kindness.
Mosaic's camera captures still photos only, screens them on-device, permanently develops one event film look, and keeps each photographer's roll sealed until reveal. Afterward, every joined member can select 1–24 gallery photos and create a personal photo-only recap with a template and music.
Built-in boundaries
Invite-only by design.
Before reveal
Members see shared progress but only their own notes and photos. Organizers receive no special photo access.
After reveal
Only members who joined in time can see eligible contributions and gallery photos.
