Common help
- Cannot join: Sign in with Apple, create a display name, and verify the reveal has not passed.
- Camera unavailable: enable Camera for Mosaic in iOS Settings. Mosaic never needs microphone or Photo Library read access.
- No shared photos yet: other members' photos stay sealed until reveal.
- Shot restored: deleting your photo restores a shot only while the event remains active.
- Report or block: open a shared photo after reveal and choose Report or Block.
- Recap: choose 1–24 gallery photos; exports render locally and are not stored by Mosaic.
Response expectations
Safety and account-deletion requests receive priority. Mosaic is not continuously monitored and is not an emergency service.
